The Artist and the Chefs : Savour Tasmania 2011

The Artist and the Chefs was held at Henry Jones Art Hotel last night as part of the annual 'Savour Tasmania' festival.

The evening featured nine of Luke’s paintings created especially for the event, which were matched by nine culinary interpretations of the art by Luke’s wife and Executive chef at Government House, Ainstie Wagner, together with Andre Kropp, Executive Chef at The Henry Jones Art Hotel.

The evening was a celebration of our Tasmanian heritage and produce and featured some of our finest ingredients and iconic imagery.
